Grav Return Policy?
GRAV® has a detailed replacement policy. If a product arrives broken or damaged, a picture of the item next to the package with the shipping label visible should be sent to support@grav.com within 7 days to report the breakage. A replacement will be issued as soon as possible.
If an item or component is missing from the order upon arrival, an email should be sent to support@grav.com with the order number and a description of what’s missing within 7 days. A replacement will be issued once the shortage is confirmed.
If an incorrect item is received, a picture of the item next to the package with the shipping label visible should be sent to support@grav.com within 7 days. A replacement will be issued once the error is confirmed.
For defective items, anything that interferes with the intended function of the piece can be reported within 6 months from the time of purchase.
